Who We Are and Where We Work
PAXU® was developed by Pacific Links Foundation, a US nonprofit dedicated to supporting the sustainable development of Vietnamese communities with over 20 years of experience in empowering women and youths. We engage with communities in Vietnam with our outreach and educational programs.
PAXU® is an end-to-end digital solution that supports Vietnamese migrant workers and factory workers from their origin to their destination.
Currently, PAXU® is available in Vietnamese and English. We are working on expanding it to other languages.
Our Mission
We increase migrant workers’ well-being and growth. We aim to be the trusted mobile app for migrant workers, factories and brands.
Vietnamese workers are contracted overseas and at risk of becoming victims of forced labor
Informal or unprotected jobs correlate to a higher risk of poor working conditions
Female migrant workers have limited access to social protection and support services
There is a lack of formal information and trusted services available to migrant workers

Our Impact
PAXU® is a free app, launched in 2020, to elevate migrant workers around the world.
PAXU® helps users manage their expenses more effectively, calculate living costs, increase their knowledge, and widen their network with self-paced learning. PAXU® connects its user to communities and provide up-to-date, relevant, and reliable information.
As of 2022, the PAXU® app has been downloaded over 17,000 times.
