Partnership Benefits
Many cases of human trafficking and forced labor involve workers trapped in debt bondage. A report from ILO, IOM and Walk Free Foundation estimated that nearly 24 million people (86% of the total cases) were in forced labor in the private economy; and one-fifth of all people in forced labor exploitation are in situations of debt bondage (nearly 5.6 million people).
Pacific Links Foundation, PAXU's parent organization, explains how factory awareness through work with our partners counters human trafficking, forced labor, and safe migration. Partnerships are key to expanding PAXU’s reach throughout industrial sectors and beyond borders to wherever migrant workers move to.
PAXU supports both buyers and factories in better protecting their workers from these risks and complying with international supply chain transparency laws.
Partner with us to expand PAXU’s reach in Vietnam and to localize PAXU® for migrant workers worldwide.
